    1. Fill out the registration online https://nileimport.com/registration-form/ or scan and email to vipguest@smweglobal.com
    2. We will need to schedule an online meeting with our team to discuss the details and procedures
    3. Sign the contract and pay the 1st half payment (50%) or $1,500 if you need a Visa and are in the SMWE program  so that we will reserve the spot for your company.
    4. Send all the necessary documents:

    - Company profile, Logo, product sample picture 

    - Trade license 

    - Copy of National ID or Passport 

    - Filled out survey form 

    1. Finalize the remaining half payment (50%) 15 days before the trade expo show or for International Clients 30 days before the show. If you are a client in need of a Visa  you will need to enter our 12 month program and pay $1,500 for the 12 month program. Then you will pay 50% exhibitor fee at the time you get the Visa appointment and the remaining balance after Visa is received.  Refunds: When you pay your 50% Down Payment for our Trade Show 40% is refundable until 60 days before the event. Once we reach 59 days before the show 50% will be refundable. 
    2. We will begin your B2B matchmaking to determine specific clientele, investors, or key business people 2 weeks after your down payment and for 12 months after final payment.

    For clients who do not wish to travel but still want to do the B2B connection online, we offer a virtual package for $600 for 6 months or $1,500 for 12 months that allows clients to participate in 1 or 2 trade shows online and 12 months virtual expo & B2B Marketplace, connect with other businesses, and showcase their products on our online B2B marketplace without the need for travel.
